The components used in the benchmark machine haven’t changed much, though it still retains a respectable configuration of hardware. All of the tests performed in the normal runs were completed without any overclock to the graphics card, with each test run as you would expect the hardware out of the box.

Testing – 3DMark11
Up first for testing was 3dMark 11, both performance and extreme presets were run to give an overall score.
Its hard not to be impressed, when comparing it with other scores around the net, the ZOTAC GTX 980 AMP! Extreme, scores respectably among the higher end of GTX 980 cards in the extreme test, and garners a just as respectable result in the performance test.
