BoonanaJ of TeamBanana was on the Cooler Master stand, showcasing his £4K modification of Cooler Masters Pulse-R headset. Which I have linked before elsewhere. He kindly uncased the precious headset to let me take some closeups of the visible changes. This includes the silver plated and carbon wrapped side plates, which are held on with titanium bolts; as well as the hand stitched italian leather headband cover, and arduino controller RGB lighting on each ear cup.
The headset is very impressive and despite being based on a very exceptional headset in itself, BoonanaJ put in an awful lot of man hours to balance and match the original drivers then going so far as to code the software for the RGB lighting himself. The headset is a testament to one man’s vision and the end result is pretty spectacular.
