Insomnia #68 Returns!

Insomnia Gaming Festival is back for 2022

After a bit of a break Insomnia is joining other events in returning to the Birmingham NEC for i68 in 2022.

Player1Events will be the team behind the return of one of the biggest gaming events in the UK all while the pandemic rages on.

Covid is at the forefront of many eventgoer minds at the moment but Insomnia have published a comprehensive Covid Policy for the event. Including the need to provide evidence of your vaccination status through the Covid Pass, negative test result or a proof of natural immunity.

Of course as much as I want the event to be fully fledged, most recent gaming events have been a bit underwhelming with a lot of publishers and companies not attending.

Insomnia however has an ever updating list of what will be going on including a return of the amazing Cosplay competition which I will be hoping to attend and shoot again!

The table top gaming zone and Retro zones are currently confirmed as well as the VR zone however a full list of exhibitors is not yet known for Insomnia which will happen over the Easter weekend again.

The lack of a lot of information about is a bit worrying at this point, but there is still a lot of time to go before the event so checking back on https://insomniagamingfestival.com/ is key. Though of course the BYOC and LAN part of the event looks like it will be in full swing so I for one cannot wait to attend (If I can)
