Cherry MX 6.0 Mechanical Keyboard – Review

Packaging

The packaging for hte MX 6.0 board was some of the best I have seen a keyboard arrive in. The outer box is monolithic in design, with only the Cherry Logo and the model name written on the top.

The rear, has a bit more information about the keyboard itself, with a nice large picture of the keyboard as it should arrive.

Boxrearmx60Inside, is an extremely bright cherry red box, with a gloss Cherry logo on the top.

Going even deeper, flipping the top of the lid open,  you first see a stretchy fabric sleeve that covers the Cherry MX Board, this has the same branding as the outermost box. Hidden at the bottom is the wrist rest.

Hidden away is also a manual for the keyboard which has helpful setup information, including how to update the keyboard firmware.
